Policies, Rules, Disqualifications, restrictions, Terms & Conditions

Prior to booking an appointment, carefully read all information & policies below. Policy is strictly enforced. Click on each style to read the description. If you are unsure of which style is best suitable for you, please DM, or send an email to juliannegordon1024@gmail.com , otherwise all will be discussed during the consultation on the day of your appointment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that goes towards your appointment. All Monies paid are non-refundable.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be subjected to an extra charge of $30.00 OR your appointment will be cancelled and another deposit is required to rebook.

  • 72 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment.However, deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you fail to cancel within 72 hours, your deposit and all monies paid will be forfeited. Due to the high demand of availability, Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed within the same month IF AVAILABLE.. Specials do not apply to reschedules…

  • If you no show without giving any notice, you will be charged 50% of the value of your appointment.

  • If you've had ANY work done by a previous artist, please send submit clear photos to get approved before booking. All previous work is considered a Correction

  • NO kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please limit to 1 guest (Discontinued until further notice, I’m currently working on my new suite and don’t have the extra seating as of yet. Will be in soon!)

  • All results will vary per person depending on: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.

  • We are not liable for any changes to the brows once the final decision has been approved during consultation. To ensure satisfaction, please carefully review drawn shape and colour prior to starting tattoo process.

  • Post-care instructions are sent home after service. It is the client's responsibility to follow all instructions.

RESTRICTIONS APPLY IF UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • Pregnant

  • History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring (Powder Ombré is fine)

  • Accutane in the past year

  • Skin irritations, Psoriasis, or Eczema near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

  • Diabetic (please consult doctor)

  • Chemotherapy (please consult doctor)

  • Viral infections and/or diseases

  • Epilepsy

  • Under 18 years old

  • Botox within 4 weeks of your appointment

  • Chemical peel within 2 weeks of your appointment

  • Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.

All corrections aren't created equal, therefore, in order to receive service, pictures must be emailed and approved prior to booking. Email clear and bright photos to juliannegordon1024@gmail.com

DISQUALIFICATION LIST below prior to the booking:

• Anyone under the age of 18• Anyone allergic to anesthesia, pigmentation and makeup • Anyone who is currently pregnant, breastfeeding or lactating

• Anyone diabetic• Anyone who is sick: Covid, cold, flu, etc...

• Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medication

• Anyone taking steroid medications (i.e. Accutane)

• Anyone who has cancer and/or is undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy

• Anyone who has been treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the last 45 days

•Anyone with skin diseases such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis, keloid, or hypertrophic scarring on and around the treated area

•Anyone with transmittable blood diseases (ex: HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, etc.)

• Anyone with bacterial or viral infection

•Anyone with undiagnosed skin conditions, rashes, blisters on and around the area to be treated

•Anyone with high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder

•Anyone who had botox work done within the last 4 weeks prior to your appointment

•Anyone with healing disorders

• Anyone who is hemophiliac

•Anyone with a present open wound on and around the area to be treated• Anyone epileptic or who has experience faint spells or seizures

AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTIONS --->>>EYEBROWS aftercare instructions:

The Ombre Brows After-Care (Healing stages process) can take 7-15 days but varies from person to person. Here's how the daily after-care looks like:

FIRST DAY CARE:

Please remove excess lymph fluid from your eyebrows with a clean tissue/Q-Tip. You can clean your brows with a gentle cleanser, then apply ointment using a clean Q-Tip or your fingertips 2-3 times a day. (Gentle washing the brows is not going to cause pigment loss).

DAILY CARE:

Do not splash water on your brows, just pat the area and rinse very gently with a gentle cleanser, then apply ointment using a clean Q-Tip or your fingertips 2-3 times a day, throughout the healing process until brows are completed peeled (Use clean Q-Tip on each side to prevent cross contamination). You will notice brows flaking, scabbing and itching (in the first 4-12 days) is common as the skin heals. This is normal and never try to touch, scratch or remove them, to avoid pigmentation loss, infection or scarring. In the shower, just wash your body and keep your head (brows) away.

AVOID FOR 2 WEEKS:

No exercising until brows are completed peeled (to avoid sweating). Avoid Retin-A, AHA, Glycolic Acids, exfoliants and anti-aging products on your treated area. No sunlight and tanning beds for 2 weeks Do not wax, peel or laser hair removal treatment around your enhancement No hot tubs, sauna, pools, and the sea during the entire healing process No Brows makeup up during healing time No facial treatments until brows are completed peeled. After the healing process is compelte: take care of your brows by using sunscreen or moisturizer.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING HEALING PROCESS (estimated timeline below):

Day 1-3: Brows look darker, thicker (swollen) and sensitive. Don't worry, the color will fade ove the next week. Day 4-7: Brows will begin to scab/flake and patchy. do not panic! Day 8-14: Brows are completely peeled & color seem very faint/light. Day 15-35: Color comes back, starts to resurface and darken. As this point, you can decide if there is anything you want to add or change.

NO GUEST POLICY

••• Please refrain from bringing guests with you to your appoinment due to cross contamination and interruption. The Studio is small and does not allow for extra people not getting services. ••• In case you need to translate for a family member, please let me know before your appoinment.TOUCH UPS POLICY ••• All touch ups are done only for EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY. If you book this service and are not existing clients, you will be charged a new set of Brows Fee.

CORRECTION POLICY

••• For all previous work done by another artist (Tattooed or microbladed,...), please send CLEAR photos of your bare brows to 9176358440 email or direct message @morgan_pro_ email juliannegordon1024@gmail.com There are some previous work that cannot be corrected so please make sure you send a photo of your brows prior to your appointment to avoid being cancelled!
